Wedding Guest Diaries
Hi, for those of you who haven’t met me, I’m Molly! I’m the founder and CEO of Moon Trip Productions.
Typically, I am “always the vendor, never the guest”. But this year, on my twenty-sixth birthday, I got to attend a dear friend from childhood’s gorgeous summer wedding in Rockmart, Georgia. The venue was outdoor for the ceremony but indoors for the seated reception dinner and dancing that followed. They are literally THE Trueloves. The dance floor was full of film cameras, which the couple will get to develop and see the party from all angles! What a fun way to capture your reception!
I am also eternally grateful to my friend Hannah Grace Martínez for picking a bridesmaid dress that was actually re-wearable. She picked out this perfect powder blue color and let us girls select our own style of dress made out of the same fabric material. I have gotten to wear it to two weddings now, and sincerely plan on re-wearing it every time it is within the dress code. I believe that she found these particular ones on Azazie, if you’re looking! I know it sounds silly, after shooting over twenty weddings in the past eight years and counting, but I still love the atmosphere.
